We are currently searching for a committed team member to join us as a new Part Time Sales Associate. The new Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while working with other team members. Work hours are varied, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

Our New Sales Associate Will:

• Proactively engage customers and ensure that store visits are positive.
• Successfully generate sales, per company standards.
• Successfully meet/exceed company sales objectives and goals.
• Check customer I.Ds to ensure customers in the store are over the age of 18.
• Be responsible for cash handling and POS.
• Ensure store merchandise is orderly and stocked as appropriate.
• Report any Loss Prevention issues immediately to the Loss Prevention Department.
• Adhere to company dress code standards.
• Clean and stock shelves, counters and tables as needed.
• Take advantage of non-mandatory training and development opportunities.

Qualifications Include:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1 to 2 years of related retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Acute awareness of customer needs.
• Commitment to company success and willingness to complete extended hours as needed.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with POS systems.
